Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with label objectives and artist campaigns.
- Manage all social media accounts for the record label and its roster of artists (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook, etc.).
- Create, curate, and schedule engaging content, including text, image, video, and live streams.
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply relevant knowledge to enhance strategies.
- Analyze social media performance data, generate reports, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Foster community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and actively participating in online conversations.
- Collaborate with A&R, marketing, publicity, and artist management teams to ensure cohesive messaging.
- Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation and performance optimization.
- Identify and engage with influencers, content creators, and media partners for promotional opportunities.
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing best practices and emerging platforms.
Required Skills
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media management, preferably within the music, entertainment, or agency sector.
- Expertise in managing and growing multiple social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, X, Facebook).
- Strong understanding of social media analytics tools and data-driven strategy development.
- Exceptional copywriting and communication skills with a distinct voice suitable for a music brand.
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite basics, video editing apps).
