Key Responsibilities
- Conduct one-on-one or small group online tutoring sessions for IELTS preparation across all four modules (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking).
- Develop and implement personalized lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, learning styles, and target scores.
- Administer mock IELTS tests and provide comprehensive, constructive feedback to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
- Guide students on effective test-taking strategies, time management, and anxiety reduction techniques.
- Track student progress meticulously and adjust teaching methods as necessary to ensure continuous improvement.
- Stay updated with the latest IELTS exam formats, scoring criteria, and relevant teaching methodologies.
- Maintain a positive, encouraging, and engaging learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students and Hiring.zycto staff regarding progress and any concerns.
Required Skills
- Demonstrable expertise in the IELTS exam format, scoring, and content for all four modules.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven experience teaching IELTS or similar standardized English proficiency tests.
- Native or near-native English proficiency (C1/C2 level).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to motivate students and adapt teaching methods to diverse learning styles.
- Proficiency in using online teaching platforms and digital learning tools.
- Exceptional time management and organizational abilities to manage flexible schedules effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
- TESOL, TEFL, CELTA, or equivalent certification.
- Experience with diverse international student populations.
- Familiarity with various IELTS preparation materials and online resources.
