Your primary mission will be to cultivate a high-performance culture by coaching, mentoring, and developing store managers and their teams. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales, profitability, and operational goals across all assigned retail locations.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and performance-manage Store Managers and their teams, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
- Oversee P&L management for the district, including budgeting, forecasting, expense control, and inventory optimization to maximize financial results.
- Ensure consistent execution of company standards in visual merchandising, customer service, store operations, and loss prevention.
- Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Lead initiatives for employee engagement, talent development, and succession planning within the district.
- Maintain a deep understanding of local market conditions and customer demographics to tailor store strategies effectively.
- Act as a liaison between corporate leadership and store teams, ensuring effective communication and implementation of company policies and initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and local, provincial, and federal regulations.
Required Skills
- 7+ years of progressive experience in retail management, with at least 3-5 years in a multi-unit management role (District Manager or equivalent).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales, profit, and operational targets.
- Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team development skills.
- Strong business acumen with extensive experience in P&L management, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to inspire, motivate, and manage diverse teams.
- Proficiency in retail operating systems and standard office software (MS Office Suite).
