Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize Amazon FBA inventory, ensuring optimal stock levels, efficient reordering, and minimal storage fees.
  • Create, update, and optimize product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, images, A+ content) for maximum search ranking and conversion.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement effective SEO strategies for Amazon listings.
  • Develop, execute, and monitor Amazon PPC (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display) campaigns to achieve ROI targets.
  • Monitor sales performance, analyze key metrics (e.g., BSR, conversion rates, sessions), and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated with Amazon's terms of service, policies, and algorithm changes to ensure continuous compliance and mitigate risks.
  • Perform competitive analysis to identify market trends, pricing strategies, and product gaps.
  • Manage customer inquiries and feedback related to FBA orders and product quality, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to align FBA strategies with overall business goals.

Required Skills

  • Proven 2+ years of experience as an Amazon FBA Specialist or similar e-commerce role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, FBA processes, and advertising platforms.
  • Demonstrable experience with Amazon SEO, keyword research, and listing optimization.
  • Proficiency in setting up and managing Amazon PPC campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting.
  • Familiarity with inventory management and forecasting principles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience with Amazon Vendor Central or other e-commerce platforms.
  • Certifications in Amazon Advertising or related e-commerce tools.
