Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a comprehensive training program covering hydro plant operations, maintenance, and safety.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, including turbines, generators, and auxiliary systems, under supervision.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation.
- Monitor plant control systems and instrumentation, recording data and identifying potential issues.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols, environmental regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate logs and documentation of maintenance activities, inspections, and operational data.
- Work collaboratively with senior technicians and engineers, learning from their expertise and contributing to team goals.
- Respond to operational alarms and emergencies as part of the plant team, ensuring safe and efficient resolution.
