Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, painters, electricians, plumbers) with various tasks on renovation sites.
- Perform general labor duties, including site cleanup, debris removal, and organizing tools and materials.
- Safely load and unload construction materials, equipment, and supplies.
- Prepare work areas by covering surfaces, setting up barriers, and ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Demolish existing structures, fixtures, and finishes carefully and efficiently as directed.
- Transport materials and tools around the job site using appropriate methods.
- Help maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision, adhering to safety guidelines.
- Learn and adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients (when applicable).
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.
