Key Responsibilities
- Expeditiously and accurately deliver food orders from the kitchen to the correct tables and guests.
- Assist servers by clearing plates, refilling water glasses, and resetting tables as needed.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pass area, dining room, and service stations.
- Learn menu items, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens, to answer guest questions confidently.
- Support the overall dining experience by anticipating guest needs and responding promptly to requests.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with the entire front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure operational efficiency.
