Key Responsibilities
- Assist skilled maintenance workers with repairs and upkeep of hotel property, including guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house facilities.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks such as checking light fixtures, changing bulbs, tightening loose fixtures, and lubricating equipment.
- Respond promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from guests and staff, addressing minor issues like clogged drains, leaky faucets, or HVAC filter changes.

- Help with painting, drywall repair, and basic carpentry tasks.
