Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in and complete all assigned on-the-job training modules and tasks.
- Learn to install, inspect, troubleshoot, and maintain various types of industrial mechanical equipment.
- Assist senior Millwrights with preventative maintenance programs and scheduled repairs.
- Develop skills in reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and schematic drawings.
- Adhere strictly to all company safety policies, procedures, and provincial regulations.
- Document maintenance and repair activities accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and production staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform general shop duties and maintain a clean and organized work area.
