Key Responsibilities
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, dusting, and waste removal in industrial facilities.
- Operate and maintain industrial cleaning equipment safely and effectively, including floor scrubbers, polishers, and power washers (after training).
- Adhere strictly to all company and client health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or maintenance needs to supervisors promptly.
- Ensure cleaning chemicals are handled, stored, and disposed of according to safety guidelines.
- Restock and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and materials.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to complete cleaning projects efficiently and to a high standard.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a physical labor role or general cleaning.
