Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in documenting current business processes, workflows, and procedures.
  • Support the identification of process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
  • Collect and analyze data to understand process performance and identify root causes of issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and propose solutions for process optimization.
