Key Responsibilities
- Assist in documenting current business processes, workflows, and procedures.
- Support the identification of process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze data to understand process performance and identify root causes of issues.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and propose solutions for process optimization.
- Participate in workshops and meetings to gather requirements and validate process designs.
