Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive influencer marketing strategies tailored to client objectives and target demographics.
- Identify, vet, and recruit suitable influencers across various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and deliverables with influencers and their agents to secure optimal partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including content creation briefs, review processes, and scheduling.
- Monitor campaign performance, track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions), and provide detailed reports and insights.
- Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a diverse network of influencers and agencies.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to ensure innovative and effective strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal marketing, creative, and sales teams to ensure integrated campaign execution.
- Manage allocated budgets effectively, ensuring cost-efficient and high-impact influencer investments.
- Ensure all influencer activities comply with relevant advertising standards, disclosure requirements, and brand guidelines.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an Influencer Marketing Manager or similar role in an agency or brand setting.
- Deep understanding of the social media landscape and various influencer platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful influencer marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools (e.g., Grin, AspireIQ, CreatorIQ).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities, with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment.
- Fluency in English.
