Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive property valuations for residential and commercial properties.
- Perform thorough property inspections, documenting conditions and identifying key value drivers.
- Execute in-depth market research, including comparable sales analysis, rental data, and economic trends.
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and defensible valuation reports in compliance with RICS Red Book standards.
- Communicate valuation findings and methodologies clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Manage client relationships, addressing queries and providing expert advice on property valuation matters.

Required Skills
- RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors) qualification or equivalent.
