Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately type and transcribe documents from various sources (handwritten, audio, scanned images) into digital formats.
  • Perform data entry tasks with high precision and speed, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
  • Proofread and edit typed documents for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.
  • Organize and maintain digital files and records in an orderly and accessible manner.
  • Adhere to strict confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive information.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project status and any issues encountered.
  • Manage workload and prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines.

Required Skills

  • Minimum typing speed of 60 WPM with high accuracy (95%+)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
