Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute molecular biology experiments using a range of techniques (e.g., PCR, qPCR, DNA/RNA extraction, cloning, Western blot).
- Analyze, interpret, and present experimental data clearly and concisely, contributing to scientific reports and presentations.
- Develop and optimize molecular assays and protocols to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Maintain detailed records of experimental procedures, results, and data analysis in laboratory notebooks.
- Operate and maintain specialized laboratory equipment, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Ensure strict adherence to laboratory safety guidelines and quality control standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including chemists, bioinformaticians, and engineers.
- Stay current with scientific literature and advancements in the field of molecular biology.

Required Skills
- Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Genetics, or a related field (Master's with significant industry experience also considered).
