Key Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate, comprehensive, and empathetic responses to resolve customer issues.
  • Guide customers through product features, services, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer satisfaction and service processes.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Continuously learn and stay updated on product knowledge, service changes, and industry best practices.
