Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions to master solar PV installation techniques and safety protocols.
- Install solar panels, racking systems, inverters, and electrical components on various roof types and ground mounts.
- Adhere strictly to all safety guidelines, electrical codes, and building regulations during installations.
- Perform site preparation tasks, including measuring, marking, and layout of solar arrays.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials, ensuring proper handling and storage of equipment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete installations efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct basic testing and commissioning of newly installed systems under supervision.
- Communicate professionally with customers on-site, answering basic questions and ensuring customer satisfaction.
