Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to company standards and procedures.
- Verify product details and quantities to ensure order accuracy before shipment.
- Prepare items for shipment, including labeling, scanning, and organizing packages.
- Operate basic warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jacks, hand trucks) after proper training.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing products.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production goals and deadlines.
- Report any discrepancies, damages, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.
Required Skills
- Ability to read and understand English instructions and labels.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
