Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively present product/service information and articulate value propositions to potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and pain points to offer appropriate, tailored solutions.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally, providing excellent service and escalating issues as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the sales team and management to refine strategies and improve overall performance.

Required Skills

  • Proven track record in phone sales, telemarketing, or a related customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and maintain self-discipline in a remote setting.
