Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation and adjustment of agent schedules to ensure optimal coverage and adherence to service level agreements.
- Monitor real-time agent adherence to schedules and address discrepancies promptly.
- Generate and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports related to call volume, agent efficiency, and service levels.
- Support the workforce management team with data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks.
- Help identify and resolve basic scheduling conflicts or operational issues.
- Collaborate with team leaders and agents to communicate scheduling updates and policy changes.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of workforce management processes and tools.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
