Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs.
- Nurture a positive working environment, fostering employee engagement and retention.
- Oversee and manage employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and conflict resolution.
- Administer compensation and benefit plans, ensuring competitive and fair practices.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Maintain HR records and human resources information systems (HRIS).
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
Required Skills
- Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
