Key Responsibilities
- Sort and distribute all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries to the appropriate departments or individuals in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process outgoing mail, including weighing, applying postage, sealing, and preparing packages for shipment through various carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS).
- Maintain meticulous records and logs for incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring traceability for important documents.
- Operate and troubleshoot mailroom equipment such as postage meters, folder/inserters, and scales.
- Manage and organize the mailroom, ensuring cleanliness, orderliness, and proper stocking of supplies.
- Facilitate internal mail delivery and collection runs across different office locations within the building.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and reorder as necessary to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Adhere strictly to company policies, security protocols, and privacy regulations when handling sensitive information.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as required, demonstrating flexibility and a proactive attitude.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the office.
Required Skills
