Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of 4-6 restaurant locations within the assigned district, ensuring adherence to company standards and policies.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve and exceed sales, profit, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate General Managers and their teams, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Conduct regular restaurant visits, operational audits, and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure operational excellence.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, P&L analysis, inventory control, and cost management to maximize profitability.
- Implement marketing and promotional strategies to drive traffic and enhance brand visibility within the district.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and employment regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and critical incidents, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Identify and develop future leaders, creating a strong talent pipeline within the district.
- Collaborate with senior management on strategic initiatives, including new store openings and menu development.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience, preferably in a District Manager or equivalent role.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership, team-building, and communication skills.
- Exceptional financial acumen, including P&L management and budgeting.
- In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and restaurant management software.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience with new restaurant openings and scaling operations.
