Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing remote sales team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Oversee the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation and qualification to deal closure and post-sales engagement.
  • Identify new market opportunities and strategic partnerships to expand Hiring.zycto's reach and influence.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product development, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive market approach.
  • Implement and optimize sales processes, tools, and CRM systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies and product development.
  • Prepare and present regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and strategic plans to the executive leadership team.
  • Manage a comprehensive sales budget, ensuring optimal resource allocation and ROI.
  • Negotiate and close high-value enterprise deals, serving as a key executive sponsor for critical accounts.

Required Skills

  • 15+ years of progressive sales leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership (VP or equivalent) role.
  • Demonstrated success in building, scaling, and leading high-performing remote sales teams.
  • Profound expertise in B2B SaaS sales, including deep understanding of complex sales cycles and enterprise account management.
  • Exceptional strategic planning and execution skills, with a track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
