Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth client consultations to understand individual style preferences, needs, and lifestyle.
- Curate personalized fashion selections, including apparel, accessories, and footwear, to meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
- Provide expert advice on current fashion trends, seasonal collections, fit, and garment care.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
- Stay continually informed about new arrivals, designer collections, and the competitive landscape of the fashion industry.
- Assist with visual merchandising, ensuring the presentation area is always inspiring, well-organized, and reflective of brand standards.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote styling services and achieve sales targets.
- Manage client appointments, styling sessions, and follow-ups efficiently.
- Process transactions, handle returns/exchanges, and maintain accurate client records.
- Participate in fashion events, trunk shows, and promotional activities as required.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in fashion styling, personal shopping, or retail fashion sales.
- Exceptional knowledge of fashion trends, designers, fabrics, and styling techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- A keen eye for detail, color, proportion, and aesthetic balance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated sales acumen and a client-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using POS systems and client relationship management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
