Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks across various properties, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify and address potential issues proactively.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance requests efficiently and effectively.
- Install, repair, and maintain fixtures, appliances, and basic building systems.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, adhering to relevant codes and standards.
- Manage and prioritize work orders, maintaining accurate records of services performed.
- Communicate clearly with clients and management regarding project status and completion.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment and properly store tools and equipment.

Required Skills
