Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in a structured training program covering all aspects of casino operations, including gaming, cage, and guest services.
- Shadow experienced Casino Shift Managers to observe and learn effective leadership, decision-making, and operational strategies.
- Learn and strictly adhere to all relevant gaming regulations, company policies, and internal control procedures.
- Assist with the day-to-day supervision of casino staff, promoting a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop a strong understanding of game rules, payout procedures, and basic security measures across all gaming areas.
- Engage with guests, resolve inquiries, and address minor concerns to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Monitor casino floor activities, identify potential issues, and escalate complex situations to senior management.
- Contribute to maintaining a safe, secure, and compliant gaming environment.
- Prepare basic operational reports and contribute to shift handover procedures, ensuring seamless transitions between shifts.
- Support the team in various administrative and operational tasks as needed to maintain efficiency and service quality.
Required Skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new systems and procedures.

- Must be 19 years of age or older (or legal gaming age in Ontario).
