Key Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately, adhering to all health and safety regulations and company standards.
- Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging tables, chairs, decorations, and equipment.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all service areas, including dining rooms, bars, and back-of-house areas.
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies as needed.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues promptly and courteously, escalating complex problems to management.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure smooth service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and uniform guidelines.
- Operate basic point-of-sale (POS) systems or handle cash and card payments accurately.
