Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced Site Managers in the daily oversight and coordination of construction site activities.
- Learn, understand, and help enforce all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies on-site.
- Support the management of project schedules, resources, and logistics to ensure timely project completion.
- Participate in quality control inspections and ensure work is completed to specifications and standards.
- Attend site meetings, take notes, and assist with preparing daily reports and other project documentation.
- Help coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Assist in interpreting blueprints, specifications, and construction drawings.
- Support in problem-solving and troubleshooting on-site challenges as they arise.
- Contribute to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient construction site.
- Proactively seek learning opportunities and engage in continuous professional development.
