Key Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly, manage check-ins and check-outs, and ensure a positive first impression.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments, managing the clinic's calendar efficiently.
- Handle incoming phone calls, answer patient inquiries, and direct calls appropriately.
- Assist the chiropractor during examinations and treatments by preparing rooms and equipment.
- Educate patients on prescribed exercises, stretches, and home care instructions as directed by the chiropractor.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date.
- Process patient payments, manage billing inquiries, and coordinate with insurance providers.
- Ensure treatment rooms and common areas are clean, organized, and stocked.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and managing office supplies.
- Assist with marketing and patient engagement initiatives for the clinic.
