Key Responsibilities
- Patrol designated areas to prevent and detect signs of intrusion, secure doors, windows, and gates.
- Monitor and control access at entry and exit points, checking tickets/passes and preventing unauthorized entry.
- Provide clear and concise directions and information to event attendees, offering excellent customer service.
- Manage crowd flow and prevent congestion, ensuring safe movement within the venue.
- Respond calmly and effectively to incidents, emergencies, and security breaches, escalating as necessary.
- Assist in first aid response when required and direct emergency services personnel.
- Enforce venue rules and regulations, addressing disruptive behaviour professionally.
- Conduct bag searches and person searches in accordance with established procedures.
- Complete incident reports and maintain accurate logs of daily activities and irregularities.
- Work collaboratively with other security personnel, event staff, and emergency services.
Required Skills
- Valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence (essential)
