Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, providing accurate information and effective solutions.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of public areas, including lobbies, lounges, and common facilities.
- Support the food and beverage team during peak times, including setting up dining areas, serving, and clearing tables.
- Handle telephone calls and reservations with professionalism, accurately recording guest details and preferences.
- Provide information about resort amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance the guest experience.
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Collaborate effectively with all resort departments to ensure a cohesive and high-quality service delivery.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene standards and resort policies.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
