Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage and maintain candidate data within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Draft and post engaging job descriptions on various job boards and social media platforms.
- Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, preparing necessary documentation and ensuring a smooth transition.
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team, including report generation and presentation preparation.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, offering a positive and informative experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and social media presence.
- Participate in career fairs and recruitment events as needed.
- Support special projects within the Talent Acquisition department to improve processes and efficiency.
