Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, preparing new employee files and coordinating orientation schedules.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR information system (HRIS) and physical files, ensuring strict confidentiality.
- Respond to routine HR inquiries from employees regarding policies, benefits, and procedures, escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support the recruitment process by posting job advertisements, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating HR events, training sessions, and employee engagement activities.
- Prepare HR-related documents, reports, and presentations as requested by senior HR staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Contribute to various HR projects aimed at improving departmental efficiency and employee experience.
- Manage office supplies for the HR department and handle general clerical tasks.
