Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets related to global mobility programs, including assignments, relocations, immigration, and expatriate compensation.
- Develop and maintain robust dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify trends.
- Translate complex business questions from HR, Finance, and Operations teams into actionable analytical projects.
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies and provide insights to improve data quality and integrity.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with IT and other data teams to enhance data infrastructure and reporting capabilities.
- Stay informed about industry best practices in global mobility and data analytics, recommending new approaches and tools.
- Support ad-hoc data requests and special projects as needed to support strategic initiatives.
Required Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in HR, Finance, or Global Mobility.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, advanced formulas).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience with global mobility data or HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.
- Experience with Python or R for data analysis.
- Understanding of global HR processes, international compensation, and tax implications for expatriates.
