Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured training program covering all aspects of warehouse operations.
- Assist experienced supervisors in overseeing daily warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Learn and apply best practices for inventory management, cycle counting, and stock rotation.
- Ensure adherence to all safety regulations and company policies, contributing to a safe working environment.
- Operate various warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) after receiving proper training and certification.
- Support the efficient flow of goods, troubleshoot minor operational issues, and contribute to problem-solving.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals and maintain high productivity standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency and reducing waste.
- Shadow supervisors to develop leadership skills, including team motivation, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or GED.
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.

- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications
