Key Responsibilities
- Design, analyze, and optimize mechanical systems and components using CAD software and FEA tools.
- Develop detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
- Conduct testing, validation, and verification of mechanical designs to ensure performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (electrical, manufacturing, project management) throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Participate in design reviews, FMEA, and root cause analysis processes.
- Research and evaluate new materials, technologies, and manufacturing processes.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant industry standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.
- Provide technical support for manufacturing and field issues.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Inventor).
- Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles (statics, dynamics, thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, materials science).
- Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) software.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, international environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
