Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of client IT infrastructure, systems, and business processes to identify gaps and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop and present strategic IT roadmaps, solution designs, and architectural recommendations tailored to client needs and budget.
- Lead or participate in the implementation of new hardware, software, network solutions, and cloud services.
- Provide expert guidance on IT security best practices, data management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Manage project scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring successful completion within defined parameters.
- Liaise with vendors, internal teams, and client stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including technical specifications, reports, and training materials.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously bring innovative solutions to clients.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, system administration, or network engineering.
- Proficiency with Windows Server environments, Active Directory, and virtualisation technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud) and hybrid cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
- Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information clearly.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, Microsoft Certified, CCNA, ITIL).
- Experience with database management systems (SQL Server, MySQL).
