Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain workshop inventory, including ordering, receiving, and organizing raw materials, tools, and supplies.
- Coordinate logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely delivery and proper documentation.
- Assist with scheduling and preparing workspaces for various fabrication projects, optimizing workflow and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workshop environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
- Support the production team with administrative tasks, data entry, and project-related documentation.
- Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on workshop equipment, reporting any issues to the lead technician.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing and ensure quality control for materials.
- Help facilitate internal communication between design, production, and management teams regarding project status and material needs.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in an operations or administrative support role, preferably within a workshop, manufacturing, or creative studio environment.
