Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records of all IT hardware and software assets in the asset management system.
  • Assist with the physical inventory and tagging of IT equipment across premises.
  • Support the procurement, deployment, and decommissioning processes for IT assets.
  • Process requests for new equipment and diligently track asset movements and transfers.
  • Verify software licenses and assist in ensuring compliance with licensing agreements.
  • Assist in generating comprehensive reports on asset inventory, utilization, and lifecycle status.
  • Collaborate with the IT support team to resolve asset-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain the IT storage room, ensuring assets are accounted for and accessible.
