Key Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, store, and issue goods and materials in accordance with established procedures.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
  • Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (certification required).
  • Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, maintaining precise stock records.
  • Implement and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth logistical flow.
  • Participate in loading and unloading shipments, sometimes involving manual handling of heavy items.
  • Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or stock damage immediately.
  • Adapt to diverse working conditions and cultural environments typical of international assignments.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills (MS Office suite).
  • Proven ability to operate warehouse machinery (e.g., forklift, pallet jack) with valid certification.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) regularly.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced setting.
