Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store, and issue goods and materials in accordance with established procedures.
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for dispatch, ensuring proper documentation and labeling.
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently (certification required).
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies, maintaining precise stock records.
- Implement and adhere to all health, safety, and environmental regulations and company policies.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and secure warehouse environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to ensure smooth logistical flow.
- Participate in loading and unloading shipments, sometimes involving manual handling of heavy items.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, safety hazards, or stock damage immediately.
- Adapt to diverse working conditions and cultural environments typical of international assignments.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and basic computer skills (MS Office suite).
