Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the branch manager and team members, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and postal mail, directing them appropriately.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars for staff members.
  • Maintain organized and accurate physical and digital filing systems, ensuring document retrieval efficiency.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format various documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Greet and assist visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor, managing the front desk area.
  • Order and manage office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels and cost-effective purchasing.
  • Support general office upkeep, coordinating with vendors for equipment maintenance and repairs.
  • Assist with data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company protocols.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.

Required Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
