Key Responsibilities
- Perform general construction duties, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup.
- Operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Assist skilled tradespersons (carpenters, electricians, plumbers, etc.) with their tasks.
- Load and unload construction materials, ensuring proper storage and organization on site.
- Adhere strictly to all company and OSHA safety regulations and procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, removing debris and waste.
- Dig trenches, backfill excavations, and compact earth to grade specifications.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and construction drawings.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
