Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers with a friendly demeanor and process orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing our point-of-sale system.
- Prepare a variety of food and beverage items, adhering strictly to recipes, portion sizes, and food safety standards.
- Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions with precision, balancing the till at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Ensure the dining area, kitchen, restrooms, and counter spaces are consistently clean, sanitized, and well-organized.
- Assist with inventory management, including stocking shelves, rotating products, and receiving deliveries.
- Address customer inquiries, provide menu recommendations, and resolve any service issues promptly and courteously.
- Collaborate effectively with team members during peak hours to maintain smooth operations and minimize wait times.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and governmental regulations regarding health, safety, and hygiene.
- Support opening and closing duties, which may include cleaning equipment, preparing workstations, and securing the premises.
