Job Description
Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and empathetic Hospitality Manager – International Transfer to lead our efforts in providing unparalleled service to our international guests and transferees. This critical role involves orchestrating every aspect of their journey, ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and culturally sensitive experience from arrival to departure. You will be the primary point of contact for individuals and groups relocating for business or high-profile visits, making their transition to Rhode Island, or their stay within it, as comfortable and efficient as possible.
Your responsibilities will span a wide array of high-touch services, including the meticulous coordination of premium accommodations, sophisticated transportation logistics, visa and immigration support in conjunction with legal teams, and comprehensive cultural orientation programs. You will be tasked with anticipating needs, preemptively addressing potential challenges, and deploying creative solutions to ensure complete guest satisfaction. This role demands a deep understanding of international protocols, an acute awareness of cultural nuances, and the ability to maintain the highest standards of discretion and professionalism.
As a Hospitality Manager, you will be instrumental in developing and refining our international service offerings, constantly seeking ways to innovate and elevate the guest experience. This includes managing budgets related to international hospitality, fostering strong relationships with a network of global and local vendors, and ensuring all services adhere to our stringent quality benchmarks. You will collaborate closely with internal departments, external partners, and high-level stakeholders, requiring exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of international guest and transferee hospitality, from pre-arrival planning to post-departure follow-up.
- Coordinate premium accommodation, ground transportation, and other logistical arrangements for international arrivals.
- Act as a primary liaison for guests, providing cultural orientation and local area information.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with global and local vendors (hotels, transport providers, cultural institutions).
- Monitor and manage budgets pertaining to international transfer hospitality services.
- Implement and refine service standards and protocols to ensure consistent, high-quality delivery.
- Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during a guest's stay or transfer.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., HR, legal, operations) to ensure seamless support.
- Provide regular reports on guest satisfaction, service performance, and budget adherence.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant international travel, immigration, and hospitality regulations.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in hospitality management, with a focus on international clientele or relocation services.
