Key Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor packaging machinery, ensuring correct product placement and efficient operation.
- Inspect products for quality defects, ensuring they meet company standards before packaging.
- Accurately label, weigh, and stack finished products onto pallets or into containers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all hygiene regulations.
- Assist with inventory management tasks, including counting and reporting stock levels.
- Strictly follow all health, safety, and environmental guidelines and procedures.
- Collaborate effectively with assembly line operators and other team members to ensure smooth workflow.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or product quality issues to supervisors promptly.
- Perform general production support duties as assigned.
