Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, delivering timely and professional support.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve basic technical and non-technical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior specialists when necessary.
- Document all client interactions, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions accurately within our CRM system.
- Educate clients on product features, functionalities, and best practices to maximize their satisfaction and product utilization.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure a cohesive client experience.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current with product updates, industry trends, and support best practices.
