Key Responsibilities
- Perform general grounds maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, weeding, pruning, and raking.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees, ensuring proper watering and fertilization.
- Remove litter, debris, and fallen leaves to maintain a clean and tidy campus environment.
- Operate and maintain various groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers).
- Assist with minor repairs and upkeep of pathways, fences, and outdoor furniture.
- Monitor the health of plants and report any issues or diseases to senior staff.
- Support during adverse weather conditions, such as snow removal or storm clean-up, as required.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and other campus staff.
