We pride ourselves on a supportive work environment, reliable equipment, and a deep appreciation for the hard work of our night shift operators, who are essential to our success.

Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking dedicated and reliable Snow Removal Operators to join our team for the upcoming winter season in Belvoir, Belfast. This is a crucial night shift role, essential for maintaining safe and clear access during inclement weather. As a Snow Removal Operator, you will be on the front lines, ensuring roads, pathways, and commercial properties remain accessible and hazard-free for residents and businesses across our service areas. Your commitment will directly contribute to the smooth functioning of our community when adverse conditions hit.

Working primarily during nighttime hours, you will operate a variety of heavy equipment, including plows, salt spreaders, and de-icing machinery, responding promptly to weather alerts and rapidly changing conditions. Safety is our utmost priority, and comprehensive training on equipment operation and safety protocols will be provided, alongside regular briefings on site-specific requirements. This role demands a high level of responsibility, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a small, focused team under challenging weather conditions.

We offer competitive weekly pay, ensuring you are compensated reliably for your vital efforts. While the work is seasonal and demand-driven by weather, we aim to provide consistent hours during active snow events. If you are physically fit, possess a strong work ethic, and are committed to keeping Belfast moving safely through winter nights, we encourage you to apply. This is more than just a job; it’s a chance to make a tangible difference in your community.

  • Adhere strictly to all safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws.
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and clients as needed.
