Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Process sales and donations accurately using our point-of-sale (POS) system.
- Sort, price, and display donated items in an appealing and organized manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the shop floor, fitting rooms, and storage areas.
- Restock shelves and ensure merchandise is readily available for purchase.
- Assist with visual merchandising to create attractive displays.
- Handle inquiries, resolve minor issues, and provide excellent customer service.
- Promote the charity's mission and encourage community engagement.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as required.
- Work collaboratively with volunteers and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
